Abstract
This article is devoted to an actual problem of modernity-improving management of the company during the economic sanctions of the European Community towards Russia. It describes the main psychological characteristics of the head, resources and capacity management, hidden reserves of the company, through which it is possible to exist, to compete in the market and to achieve high results in solving the set tasks.
