National interests: altruism socio-economic interventions

Investigated the fundamental basis for the formation of national interests of Ukraine. Analyzed appeals to modern socio- economic intervention and opportunity to display her altruistic nature. Charac- terized by the formation of a process of national interests in terms of the state of integration aspirations, external interventions and dissemination of determining the nature of their destinations. Proved that na- tional interests should not be a reflection of the interests and priorities of certain politicians, oligarchic sectors of society. Contents of national interests can vary in wide ranges define a nation. But the strength of the state depends on its ability to comply with international legal norms and principles of law and social values.
