Abstract
The article contains the definition of the cash pooling. Addressed the benefits of uning cash pooling for groups of companies. The mechanism of physical and virtual cash pooling is explained. Recent changes in legislation are noted, which should be taken into account when conducting intra-group transactions. Addressed key challenges of the use of cash pooling.
