Abstract
In this article we are talking about the current state of protection of agricultural producers' rights. At the beginning of the millennium, many agricultural producers faced the infringement of their rights, as a result of which their quantity declined and this harmed the economy. After reviewing this situation, the state decided to improve the system of protection of agricultural producers' rights.
