MENTAL BURNOUT SYNDROME "AS A FACTOR OF MORAL DEFORMITY OF A TEACHER

Brings to a focus to deep deformation of moral sphere of the teacher under influence of a syndrome of «mental burnout», its features at different stages of professional development of the teacher are compared. Ways of the warning of development of «mental burnout» are determined and mechanisms of professional self-preservation which are based on development of a professional reflection and management of the teacher of the mental condition are examined.
