PRECEDING TECHNIQUES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION-PROGNOSTIC COMPETENCE AMONG MILITARY CADETS

The metakognitivnyj the mechanism of development of the information-prognostic competence of cadets of military high school as one of the competences making administrative competence of the future officer is considered. The author's approach to the development of information and forecasting competence is based on the use of preliminary techniques. Under the foregoing techniques, the author of the article understands the totality of methods aimed at developing the motivation of cadets to study the academic discipline at the very beginning of its teaching.
