Abstract
Data mining provides a rich set of tools to identify key customer information in CRM systems. However, this technology is almost never used for advertising businesses. The development of information technologies, in particular the WWW, offers the opportunity to build a more effective system of relations with customers, which previously was difficult to implement offline. This article describes the structure of CRM systems using methods of Data mining and discusses the main problems associated with the use of these technologies in the advertising business systems.
