FEATURES OF STATE REGULATION OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY IN RUSSIA

This article examines the features of regulation of foreign economic activity in Russia, taking into account the main aspects of international logistics. First, the main types of foreign economic activity are listed and the importance of state policy in the field of regulation of foreign trade relations is substantiated. Then a brief review of the methods and objectives of state regulation of foreign economic activity is carried out. Then special attention is paid to the consideration of foreign investment regulation. The provisions that provide basic guarantees for foreign investment in the Russian Federation are considered, and then positive and negative factors of the impact of Russian legislation on the desire to invest in Russian enterprises are revealed.
