The world economic economy has entered into a deep megasystem stalemate. Most modern researchers see this and understand that in the current periods of time, permanent discussions on the way out of the impasse do not provide rational solutions. The present work is an attempt to look abstractly at a problem from a different angle, to assess the current situation and to find a logical and understandable version of its solution.
