Abstract
The purpose of the research was to study meat quality zyp-will strengthen the broiler breeding PPZ Rus ' "IC Russ-6" when grown in cages. The object of the study was the meat of chickens – broilers cross "IC Russ-6", divided by gender. In conducting the experiments was determined by the following indicators: chemical composition of broiler meat by the methods of Kjeldahl and Soxhlet; amino acid composition of meat by the method of ion exchange chromatography on an automatic analyzer AAA T-399;. The results showed that the level of essential amino acids in homogenate muscle of broiler cross "IC Russ-6" high.
