CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL CONTENT OF THE PRINCIPLE OF IDEOLOGICAL DIVERSITY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Within the framework of the article it is established that the social relations that make up the legal content of the principle of ideological diversity can be conditionally differentiated into the following two main groups. To the first group we refer the relations that arise in the sphere of protection of ideological freedom and the inviolability of any subject of constitutional law. The second cluster is adjoined by relations connected with the realization of the individual's own ideological freedom.
