CORPORATE CULTURE IN THE FIELD OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

The article presents the notion of "corporate culture" as a way of existence and adaptation to the external environment and as a composition of elements. The definition of the "tool for managing personnel" is also given and its methods are disclosed. The key role of corporate culture in competition with other organizations is emphasized, and the most common tools for the formation of corporate culture are listed.
