Abstract
Within the framework of the article it is shown that, in the conditions of the development of a democratic legal state, the huge number of existing ideological postulates of various strata of society necessitates the proclamation of the principles of ideological diversity. The expression of these principles presupposes the priority of freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of conscience and religion.
