Abstract
The crossing of cows of black-pied and red steppe breeds with the bull of Holstein breed contributes to the offspring of dairy efficiency and technological properties of the udder. At the same time, the Holsteins steers is not reduced meat yield. It is established that with increase of krovnosti up to 75% on improving the breed studied, the signs have a tendency to increase.
