Abstract
This article discusses the morality of Russian philosophy of law XIX-XX centuries. The results of the study the ideology of populism, revealed contrasting traditional notions of law and the law of moral development opportunities in the state. Considered a major social control, critical thinking and accurate - morality. The work revealed that representatives of both the liberal and legal and ethical categories populist direction acted as defining beginning to comprehend the perfection directly by the idea of law.
