SOCIAL MORTGAGE LENDING: A REGIONAL ASPECT

The article reveals the essence of the social mortgage, its types, terms of delivery. Particular attention is paid to the growing role of the state in solving the problem of accessibility and comfort of housing. Regulatory, financial, institutional issues of implementing the program-targeted approach in the social mortgage at the regional level are touched upon. It is proved that its permanent development is directly related to the awareness of the banking community of its status as a promising product in the credit line and the policy of the financial organization.
