RISK CLASSIFICATION CORE ENTERPRISES AND SINGLE-INDUSTRY TOWNS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF THE NORTHERN CRIMEA)

This article deals with the problem of single-industry towns of the country, given the grouping of risks that influence their effective development. On the basis of the conducted research the author offers directions of interaction of regional and Federal authorities for employment, parrying risks and accelerating the development of single-industry towns in General.
