Abstract
The authors highlight in the article the approaches of work motivation as a part of the general area of motivation of individual. Personal motivational profile is defined by a group of motivators, which can be different: career, company goodwill, working environment and salary. The authors considered the methods of determining the motivational profile due to three main indicators of employee motivation. Employee motivation is an integrated phenomenon, what makes it hard to study. Understanding of origins of motivation can help to determine the concept of personality, causes, intentions and values that guide the employee in professional career.
