Abstract
Interpersonal relationship of cadets of FSIN of Russia Academy is carried out in educational, office, household and leisure spheres. Relationship is defined by contents and the purposes of joint activity, character of the management, features of the environment, the organization of life. Relationship between cadets has the specifics as conditions of activity of military collective considerably differ from other groups.
