Abstract

The idea is substantiated that the important characteristic of the idiostyle of J. Brodsky is the grammatically conditioned use of participial turns as an attribute characteristic of the names of structures, buildings, buildings, dwellings. On a large illustrative material it is shown that the greatest productivity of participles of the past, confirming the connection of Brodsky's poetic creativity with the idea of time, is due to the poet's understanding of the past as the most acceptable time for him. The methods of studying the language of Joseph Brodsky's poetry, proposed in this paper, can be used in analyzing the poetics of other authors.
