TO THE QUESTION OF IMPORTANCE OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION IN MEDICAL PRACTICE (ON AN EXAMPLE MEDICAL STAFF)

One of problems which modern people of different age regularly face in the real life consists in their inability to establish and support with each other normal personal and business relations. The main reason of it consists in inability of people to communicate with each other. This inability, in turn, is caused by insufficient communicative competence of people which improves in the natural way slowly and of usual living conditions at most of people does not reach rather high level of development. In article the role and features of interpersonal communication in medical practice of interaction is considered.
