THE PHENOMENON OF THE PARTY ELITE OF THE USSR IN MODERN NATIONAL HISTORIOGRAPHY

The author has established that the historiographic review of contemporary "achievements" in the study of the regional party nomenclature of the Soviet period of Russian history allows us to state an obvious need for filling lacunas of local scale. Despite the abundance of current developments, it is still important and expedient to conduct concrete historical studies of regional and local groups of the Soviet nomenclature.
