Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the theory and practice of legal regulation of relations in the implementation of the main methods of acquiring the ownership of land by state and legal entities. Characterized by its properties, including the purchase of land at auction, previously surfaced the rights of citizens and legal entities, problems in implementing the law on the acquisition of land rights to landowners.
