CONSIDERATION OF COMPLAINTS BY THE PROSECUTOR AT THE STAGE OF PRE-TRIAL CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

The article deals with the issues of handling a complaint to the competent body for self-defense by a person with their rights and legitimate interests in the field of criminal proceedings at the pre-trial stage. Issues related to the choice of the subject of the resolution of complaints by the participants in the criminal process and persons involved in criminal procedural relations are investigated. A proposal was made to introduce a mechanism for filing a complaint electronically through the website of the state services of the Russian Federation.
