Abstract
Current economic conditions create preconditions for the formation of groups of companies, the successful activity which becomes an important factor in increasing efficiency and ensuring stable economic growth of industrial production, as a result of the consolidation of capital within the group, the company can optimize production, increase the return and generate incremental income.
