TO A QUESTION OF STUDYING OF PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS OF STAFF OF DIVISIONS OF PROTECTION OF A PENAL CORRECTION SYSTEM TO USE WEAPON IN OFFICE ACTIVITY

In article features of activities of divisions of protection of Russian Federal Penitentiary Service for Primorsky Krai are described, the factors interfering effective office activity of staff of departments of protection are reflected. The analysis which is carried out in work includes attempt of a research of a phenomenon of psychological readiness for use of weapon. Techniques for a research of parameters of psychological readiness are offered, on the basis of a flight research the main psychocorrectional directions for inclusion in programs of psychological training of staff of divisions of protection are offered.
