Abstract
The relation of the convict to the committed crime and the subsequent punishment as the category reflecting an internal moral position of the personality in term of imprisonment naturally draws attention of scientists. For the characteristic of the identity of the convict the assessment by him of those circumstances which have led him to commission of crime, and also an assessment of the crime and the sentence imposed for him matters.
