Abstract

The changes made to Article 237 of the RFCP during 2001 to 2017 were analyzed. In this connection, the author answers the question: was the decision to adopt changes in the criminal procedure law permitting the return of the criminal case to the prosecutor with an expanded list of circumstances compared with the past, was correct, and were they justified?
