Information database for competing simplified statements ? management and financial security tool

The article considers peculiarities of keeping accounting records by small business entities without the use of double entry. The urgency and necessity to create an information database on completing financial statements for SBE are substantiated. The compliance of accounting registers under the simple accounting form with financial statements has been developed: journal No. 1-ms with the assets side of the Balance sheet; journal No. 2-ms with the liabilities side of the Balance sheet; journal No. 3-ms and journal No. 4-ms with the Financial Results Report. The method of completing a simplified financial statement of a small business entity on the basis of the accounting registers in force and on the basis of the developed information database was suggested. This will improve the company management quality and control of its financial se- curity.
