Abstract
The article considers one of the tools for increasing the efficiency of the company - the CRM-system and the concept of CRM. The main stages of implementing the CRM-system in the company are considered. Some positive aspects of the system are described, which contribute to increasing customer loyalty and increasing the efficiency of the company.
