PSYCHOLOGICAL CULTURE OF PERSONALITY OF THE HEAD OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE

The article presents a consolidated analysis of the concepts of psychological culture and psychological culture of the person that is speaking of the socio-psychological mechanism of effective and efficient adaptation of a person in society, becomes a condition for the full and successful interaction of the individual with others and the quality factor of any of its activities. Authors with empirical research shows the peculiarities of psychological culture of leaders with a high level of psychological culture in comparison to managers with low and medium levels of psychological culture. It is revealed that leaders with a high level of psychological harmony of culture svojstvenno the quest for self-knowledge, deeper self-awareness, constructive communication, psychic self-regulation, creativity, constructive business, and can be characterized by a higher level of social and emotional intelligence than managers with low and medium levels of psychological culture.
