Abstract
The article discusses such aspects as the formation of tax management, analyzes the characteristics of corporate tax management as a common tax management and presents the main ideas and stages of development in the theory and practice of tax management. Defines the principles and basic elements of corporate tax management with a direct impact on the effectiveness of tax flows at the two levels of government and corporate.
