Abstract

The article analyzes the nature of the emergence of logistics risks of the enterprise, highlights current problems that hinder effective risk management. The factors that influence the occurrence of risks are listed. The process of management of logistics risks enables the company to optimize its main costs, attract additional resources, and reduce financial losses due to additional risks.
