PENSION PROVISION, AS ONE OF THE BASIC GUARANTEES OF STATE CIVIL SERVANTS

"Pension provision," as a research topic, was, and will be, relevant as long as there is an economic regime in which citizens of the Russian Federation can manage their money earned by public authorities. They trust their lives, that state bodies will take care of their well-being, standard of living and social support. The scientific article provides an analysis of pension provision as a phenomenon, as well as the Federal Law on Changes in Wearable Pensions, which came into force on 01/01/2017.
