Abstract
This article deals with the dependence of socio-economic development of Russian regions from the pace of public infrastructure development. Relations between the government and business are a powerful source of development of the modern economic system. In this connection, considered the current system of public administration and a potential solution to the problem of the mechanism of budget support to regional projects of public-private partnership.
