ON THE ISSUE OF THE SPECIFICS OF FINANCIAL AND LEGAL BENEFITS IN THE PROVISION OF HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE

This article discusses the legal benefits that humanitarian assistance participants can use when moving these goods across the customs border of the Customs Union. The author identifies types of customs payments subject to preferential treatment in the process of humanitarian assistance, among which: customs duty, customs fee and a group of indirect taxes. The article also specifies the specifics of obtaining and using benefits for humanitarian aid, taking into account the area of customs and customs, legal and financial-legal regulation.
