Abstract

The financial market is an integral part of the financial system of any state, and is formed at the expense of the financial and money sector of management. The combination of national and international markets form the world financial market. The function of the world financial market is to ensure the direction, accumulation and redistribution of monetary capital between market participants through financial institutions in order to achieve a normal balance between supply and demand for capital. If we consider the economic essence of the world financial market, we can say that it acts as a kind of system or mechanism for collecting and redistributing financial resources on a competitive basis between countries, regions, sectors and institutional units. The world financial market, like any other type of markets, provides financial services to the public, in particular, supplies it with cash. Thus, money acts on the financial market as a commodity.
