TAX PLANNING IN THE CORPORATION

The article is devoted to the analysis of theoretical provisions of the role of the taxation process in the corporation and the analysis of its influence on the competitiveness of the corporation. The system of tax accounting and planning in the largest state company of Russia JSC «Russian Railways» is considered in the work. There were analyzed taxes and tax benefits of the Corporation.
