Abstract
The article deals with the procedure for exercising licensing control over licensees-preschool educational organizations on the materials of the Ministry of Education of the Omsk Region. The procedure and regulations for carrying out control activities, as well as acts of inspections are analyzed. Typical violations of licensing requirements identified in the activities of pre-school educational organizations are analyzed.
