METHODS TO PROMOTE STAFF, THEORETICAL ASPECTS

The article is devoted to consideration of existing methods of personnel stimulation organizational and administrative methods that are aimed at involving workers in the labor process, economic incentive methods include material benefits, as well as socio-psychological methods aimed at forming a social and psychological climate in the team. Problem field in the existing mechanism of labor stimulation, and ways of solving these problems are proposed.
