Abstract
Abstract: At present, the competence in the personnel management system of the organization has acquired a competent approach, becoming an integral part of it. The purpose of the study is to identify the areas of application of the competence model in the organization's personnel management system. The article defines quality standards for the competence model, which must be observed when developing it. The importance of the competence model in the management of the human resources of the organization is reflected.
