SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE OF THE WORK COLLECTIVE

The article summarizes the approaches to the definition of socio-psychological climate, which is considered within the framework of labor relations in the context of interpersonal communication. The article describes how the content features of sociability level, conflictness, communicative control in collective work in socio-psychological climate are interrelated. The author, within the framework of the empirical study, confirmed that the features of interpersonal relations of individuals within the group, on the one hand, affect both the results of joint activities and its members individually, and on the other hand, the very individual characteristics of each individual member of the group determine the identity of interpersonal relationships within the group.
