MODERN TRENDS IN IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF MAINTAINING THE STATE CADASTRE OF REAL ESTATE

For a long time in our country there was no unified information system for the registration of real estate. Informational interaction between government bodies significantly complicated the disparity of technical capabilities of information systems of the subjects of the Russian Federation, which depended on the level of economic development. Finally, by 2012, all institutions subordinated to the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (hereinafter referred to as Rosreestr) began to apply cadastral registration using the automated information system (hereinafter - AIS) of the state real estate cadastre. To date, this system covers the information space of the entire territory of our country.
