CHANGES IN IMMUNOLOGICAL INDICATORS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC PERIODONTITIS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AND OBESITY

The study is devoted to the determination of features of immunity indices in pa- tients with chronic periodontitis against arterial hypertension and metabolic syndrome with various degrees of obesity. Changes in cellular and humoral immunity were detected: a de- crease in the level of T-lymphocytes and an increase in the number of B-lymphocytes. Chang- es in humoral immunity related to increased levels of IgA, IgG. Changes in cellular and hu- moral immunity are not related to the degree of obesity. The appearance of these disorders is a qualitative marker of vascular disorders
