Abstract
The scientific problem raised in the article is that the cognitive mechanisms of un- derstanding of the pedagogical situation in psychological research literature are most often considered separately, without regard to their inclusion of cognitive-personal ways of pro- cessing information, ensuring the achievement of an objective result. The novelty of our ap- proach lies in the fact that the understanding by the teacher of the semantics of the pedagogi- cal situation is treated as a defined method of communication general and specific, which takes the form of strategies of understanding internal mechanisms which are cognitive moti- vation, values and other manifestations of personal meaning
