Abstract
The issue of creating high-performance laccase-mediator systems for use in the processes of biotechnology, is relevant since the mid 90-ies of the last century. The work involved was laccase from Trametes versicolor, the mediator and ABTS lignin-containing pulp and semi-finished products of two types: wet and dry casting. The results of the study are the comparisons of the dependency of the speed of delignification on the time of treatment laccase for different types of products.
