Abstract
Hemangioma do not develop as commonly in sinonasal cavity,compared with other head and neck sites.the most commonly presenting symptom is epistaxis.hemangioma involving multiple sinuses with a atypial clinical presentation is extremely rare.wepresent a representative case of sphenoethmoidal hemangioma with atypical clinical presentation and treated by endoscopic excision yeilding excellent outcome in terms of tumor control and safety
