Abstract
Abstract This paper surveys the use of data mining in educational systems by improving the learning and assessment tasks more effectively inorder to lower the rate of percentage in unemployment. Learning process has to be focused much inorder to attain a better assessment. The optimisation of system to support learning can be predicted easily through the model obtained from Learning AnalyticsLA. Applying data mining DM in education is an emerging interdisciplinary research field also known as educational data mining EDM. It is concerned with developing methods for exploring the unique types of data that come from educational environments. Currently there is an increasing interest in data mining and educational systems making educational data mining as a new growing research community.
