INNOVATION AS A FACTOR OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL COMPLEX

The priorities of the state policy in the housing services and utilities (application of effective technologies, modernization of equipment and objects of the housing services and utilities), established by the Housing and Communal Services Development Strategy in the Russia for the period until 2020, require the introduction of innovative management and technological solutions. Innovations can increase the investment appeal of the housing services and utilities. Companies of the housing services and utilities must pass to a new stage of development, which includes minimization of losses and resource-saving. This paper is devoted to the main problems faced by companies of housing services and utilities, as well as the opportunities for innovative development of these companies in the current conditions.
