Abstract
The article examines the relationship between the illegal methods of law enforcement agencies of the operative-search activity of officials, investigators, inspectors, as well as criminal errors in cases related to non-observance of constitutional rights and freedoms of a person and citizen in criminal proceedings, namely: the right not to be tortured, cruel or Degrading treatment of human dignity.
